Lunch & Learn on June 10!

AAAS/Science is hosting a Lunch and Learn during the CHLA/ABSC conference.  It will be held on Thursday, June 10 in the Four Points Sheraton Hotel. AAAS/Science’s Publisher Relations Regional Representatives, Phillip Smith and Philip Tsolakidis will present the features of our new journal Science Translational Medicine, which launched in October 2009.     There are two particularly heritage-focused presentations on the Thursday of the conference:
    1. Honouring Heritage to Inspire Innovation at the Gerstein Science Information Centre, University of Toronto by Heather Cunningham, (Reference and Research Librarian, Gerstein Science Information Centre, University of Toronto) and Susanne Tabur (Research and Instruction Librarian, Gerstein Science Information Centre, University of Toronto)
    2. The William Osler Photo Collection: Reaching the World by Christopher Lyons, MA, DIP ED, MLIS, Liaison Librarian, Osler Library of the History of Medicine, McGill University
    Both of these look like excellent sessions.
